I really find it hard to stay motivated at a gym and end up wasting so much money on a membership that I don’t use. Since I’ve joined R.A.W I’ve lost 7kgs by going to 3 sessions per week and eating good food. We all keep each other motivated by having fun! Loosing-it Louise.
