Do I have to be fit?
No, that's why you have come to us. Our workouts have been designed to challenge all fitness levels, from 'couch potatoes' to experienced athletes.
What kind of results might I see?
We will measure your fitness at the beginning of each month. You can expect to see improvements in strength, cardio-vascular fitness and self confidence. You may see fat loss and other changes such as a reduction in stress, better sleep habits and a lot of compliments from friends and family!
Who are the instructors?
All R.A.W instructors are Personal Trainers or Group Fitness Instructors. To become an instructor they have undergone several physically demanding training programmes and assessment.
How much does it cost?
Results come over time so we offer you a choice of membership duration, ranging from:
- non-contractual per month
- 10 visit concession cards
- ongoing monthly
- 6-12 month full memberships.
What do I need to wear?
We’ll provide you with a t-shirt and singlet. We recommend you wear shorts and a good pair of running shoes. Some locations (Southport, Broadbeach and Burleigh) do have water drills requiring you to get wet from the waist down, so a change of clothes may be required.
What do I need to bring?
Bring a towel and a drink bottle.
Can I workout at any R.A.W location?
All sessions are included in your membership and you may workout at all locations (Southport, Broadbeach, Burleigh and Coomera).
Can I try before I buy?
Absolutely! Come along and even bring a friend, for one complimentary workout. We do ask that you complete and sign a waiver form when you arrive.
What days can I workout?
Members are able to workout Monday through to Saturday. Contact us for location timetable.
Can I join in the Monthly Event even though I am not a member?
For sure! Each month we organize a fitness challenge which gives each member a goal to aim towards. These are also great social activities where members are able to get to know one another a lot better.
